The public is invited to attend the annual meeting of the Sheldon Historical Society on Tuesday, June 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the historical museum on 200 Bridge St.
We will begin our commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Author and local historian Jason Barney will reveal details and explain how small towns of northern Vermont were impacted by the invading British armies.
