Miss Margaret E Tillotson becomes bridge of Homer S, Fairbanks
“A pretty wedding took place at  the home of Mr. and Mrs. Burton O Titlotson, Saturday at 2:30 pm when their oldest daughter Margaret Elaine became the bridge of Homer Stebbins Fairbanks, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Fairbanks of this village.
While the guests were assembling Miss Daisy Beals of St. Albans played several piano selections and continued to play during the ceremony.
The living rooms with their attractive decorations of green and rose and the mellow glow of rose candles furnished a charming setting for the happy occasion.”

“The home of Mr. and Mrs Burton Tillotson was the scene of a pretty wedding, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock when their oldest daughter Margaret Elaine, was married to Homer Stebbins Fairbanks. The Rev Ola Houghton of Wallingford officiating.  To the strains of the “Bridal Chorus” from “Lohengrin” played by Miss. Daisy Beal of St. Albans, the bridal party entered the living room, the bride being attended by her father who gave her in marriage.  The bridesmaid was an only sister of the bridge, Miss Phyllis Tillotson ……
